PPIC Manager
Main Roles and Responsibilities
· Understand the end-to-end production processes, machines capabilities, and number/skills of operators needed to produce high-quality porcelain-tableware products
· Generating Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders, forecasting inventory requirements, optimizing inventory levels as well as helping the organization evaluate and implement an inventory management ERP system
· Regularly review production and quality control reports/statistics, to come up with improvement suggestions.
· Review sales forecasts, customer demands, and schedule production batches based on inventory levels and production lead times
· Manage, supervise, coach, and develop PPIC team
· Manage budget, reports and other administrative aspects of PPIC dept.
Job Description
- Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Production and Logistics Teams to plan and monitor inventory levels
- Take part in the logistics planning and or contracting for raw materials, WIP and finished product
- Optimize inventory levels and working capital while supporting targeted customer service levels.
- Schedule and direct Production Planning Meetings and track production performance to schedule.
- Analyze capacity and resource requirements and coordinate necessary adjustments
- Develop and maintain Bills of Material for all production processes
- Responsible for accurate raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory levels; accuracy of product data for finished product
- Responsible for preparation of accounting reports for the end of month (inventory, consignment, raw materials, and scrap)
- Manage daily entering of incoming inventory including: finished goods, WIP (powders), raw materials and packaging components
Qualification
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Age 35 - 45 years old
- Minimum 3 years production planning ideally in both a non ERP system as well as ERP/MRP environment
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) a plus
- Strong PC skills (Word & Excel) required
- Ability to work independently
- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- A track record of implementation

Engineering/Maintenance Manager
Main Roles and Responsibilities
· Understand the production processes and the end-to-end machines needed to produce high-quality porcelain-tableware products
· Make analysis of machines life-time and effective operation/running time, for the basis of maintenance yearly budget and regular schedule of preventive maintenance.
· Regularly review production, quality control and maintenance reports/statistics, to come up with improvement suggestions.
· Manage, supervise, coach, and develop Maintenance team
· Manage budget, reports and other administrative aspects of Maintenance dept.
Job Description
- Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment
- Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
- Directs workers and contractors engaged in buildings and grounds maintenance activities, such as mowing lawns, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
- Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.
- Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
- Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
- Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
- Directs training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures.
- Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
- Confers with workers to resolve grievances.
- Prepares department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.
Qualification
- Proven working experience as maintenance manager min 5 years
- Minimum bachelor's degree from Engineering study, age range 35 - 45 years old
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
Purchasing Manager
Main Roles and Responsibilities
· Understand the products and services needed to ensure effective operation in factory (internal areas) as well as market (external areas)
· Make demand forecast of critical raw materials and other products/services, to ensure sustainability supplies
· Conduct vendor selection and evaluation to secure efficiency, effective and sustainability supply of quality products and services
· Maintain good relationship with vendors
· Support organization's business achievement through effective negotiations to secure optimum buying price
· Manage, supervise, coach, and develop Purchasing team
· Manage budget, reports and other administrative aspects of Purchasing dept.
Job Description
